Lifelong Stevensburg Resident & Full Time Farmer

I’m Dewayne Payne - a Culpeper native and a proud lifelong resident of the Stevensburg district. I am a full time farmer with unwavering commitment to my community. I am a proud graduate of Culpeper County High School, before earning my Bachelor of Business Administration, followed by a Master of Business Administration. Over the past twenty years, I’ve devoted myself to our community, serving two terms on the County Planning Commission, four terms on the Culpeper Farmers Cooperative (now as Vice President), and civic initiatives. I’ve seen firsthand the issues that matter to us—from preserving our rural character and planned manageable growth to demanding clear, accountable government. As your next Supervisor for the Stevensburg District, I’ll draw on that experience to listen, engage, and deliver results you can trust.
